Tokyo Streets

This Sakura Train wooden book nook kit that you can build with your own hands. After finishing this work, it will show a beautiful scene of Tokyo streets in Spring. This book nook will be great home decor for a bookshelf or any other room space. It will also look amazing when you put it in the dark with the warm lights on.

Clean Design

The tram slowly passes over the iron bridge next to the beautiful cherry blossom trees. The tram is made of one millimeter cardboard, two millimeter wood board and translucent PE sheet paper to restore its details.

3D Water

In order to create a realistic river effect, a 3D water ripple transparent PET material was chosen, which makes the river shine under the light mapping and brings a wonderful visual impact.

Look Real and Simple

The bookstore by the riverbank is equipped with two lights inside and outside respectively, emitting a warm light and creating a cozy atmosphere. The tiles made of corrugated paper look real and simple, and the contrast of different materials is more layered and vivid!

As you can probably see from my pictures, I did break a one of the fences during install, and one small piece fell out after assembly, but was too deep in there to put back. While some parts of the kit were a little fiddly to assemble, the instructions were very clear. I might suggest a more clear wiring diagram next to the steps for how to twist the wires together, but the instructions for wiring were definitely geared towards people unfamiliar with wiring LEDs to a battery pack. I love the aesthetic and quality of the pieces. I also used my own glue as my pack was missing the glue listed on the box, but I was already prepared to use my own glue as other reviews suggested using a different glue than the one included in the pack. Overall, I really enjoyed assembling this kit and thought it was very approachable. It took me about 8 hours of assembly, so this could easily be a weekend or after work project for someone with a few hours of free time. I originally got this for my husband and I to assemble together but I very quickly realized it was not conducive to two people working on different steps for very long. Definitely recommend for folks interested in getting into dioramas.

It’s extremely wonderful and spectacular. I finished it with my girlfriend in 12 hours. We’ll probably buy another one for holiday activity. 😁

This little book nook really peaked my interest in Archiwhimsy products. It was the first one I assembled and it looks amazing. Didn't take near as long to assemble as most of their others.

I loved it so much, it was so fun and easy to understand!!!, I did it in 2 days really excited. the pieces were in perfect condition and there was nothing missing. I really recommend it.
